From Ronald Regan Washington National Airport: Exit airport onto George Washington Parkway north. Follow signs for 395 North and Route 1 while staying in the left lane. Continue on to 14th Street. Continue on Thomas Circle. Turn right on Massachusetts Avenue. Continue on Scott Circle. Exit to the right towards 16th Street southbound. Continue on 16th Street.
